Candy Melts are easy to use, with no tempering required! Ideal for dipping cake pops, creating the famous 'drip' cakes or making lollipops from moulds. They work brilliantly with silcone moulds too. Try using moulded candy melts as cupcake toppers!
Weights vary according to brand and colour. Allow 10-15g candy melts per cake pop as a guide!
