Belgian couverture dark chocolate - minimum 55% cocoa content.
Belgian couverture white chocolate - minimum 28% cocoa content.
Belgian couverture milk chocolate - minimum 34% cocoa content.

Not sure when to order? Our delivery service is fast, but it's wise to allow extra time just in case. Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know. Bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day so please try to allow a few days as a delivery window.
