Sweet Silk is an especially smooth and white sugarpaste designed for covering fruit or sponge wedding and celebration cakes. It was recently voted top by an independent testing panel in a trial against six other leading brands! Find out more about how to use sugarpaste with our handy guide here!
Our white Sweet Silk will be as white as the royal icing you use to finish the decoration. Sweet Silk has a delicate vanilla flavour, but will also take colour and flavour for use on all types of novelty cakes. Add CMC or Tylo powder if you need the sugarpaste to set firmer for modelling etc.
White Sweet Silk Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fat (Palm and Rape, Emulsifier E471), Vegetable Glycerine, Stabilisers (Gum tragacanth, CMC), Vanilla Flavour, Citric Acid, Preservative (Pottassium Sorbate), Colour E171.
May contain traces of gluten, nut, dairy, soya. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Not sure when to order? Our delivery service is fast, but it's wise to allow extra time just in case. Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know. Bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day so please try to allow a few days as a delivery window.
