Have you tried our range of cake mixes yet? They're ideal to keep in the store cupboard ready for those last minute cake requests, and are great for quick batches of cupcakes.
Our vanilla and chocolate cake mixes don't produce exactly the same cake as our ready to decorate genoese sponge bases, as these are made from scratch ingredients in the traditional way, but they make a good close-textured cake, ideal for decorating.
Our Egg Free, Carrot Cake and Red Velvet mixes are great when you have an unusual customer request, or just fancy something a little different! Coming soon are Vanilla and Chocolate Gluten Free mixes - watch this space...

Our products are designed for and used by experienced cake decorators all over the country. If you are a novice cake decorator you'll find useful tips throughout this site, and on the labels of our products. However, as with any craft, many of our products do need a certain degree of knowledge and skill to achieve professional looking results! Practice makes perfect..

Our sugarcraft shop in Nottingham is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. The shop is CLOSED on all Sundays and Bank Holidays. We normally close between Christmas and New Year - ring us if before visiting if you're not sure.
