Delicious ready made chocolate sponge cakes, individually boxed and ready for you to decorate. Good to eat for five weeks from baking. We've been baking ready made cakes for over 30 years - we're proud to be the UK's leading supplier!
● Our Chocolate Sponge Cake has a 5 week shelf life from baking - store in a cool, dark place
● This cake can be frozen for up to 3 months
● Cakes can be semi frozen prior to decorating to avoid excess cake crumbs
● Square cakes are all sold as 2 layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake (2.5" in total)
● Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish
● Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we never 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
