Our White Chocolate Modelling Paste is an easy to use paste flavoured with 13% cocoa butter. The White Chocolate flavour means its delicious to eat but will hold its shape when modelled. Its great for making figures and decorations or using as a sugarpaste to cover your cake! Use with icing sugar or cornflour for best results, add more if the paste becomes 'sticky' during use. Add 1/2tsp of Tylo Powder per 250g to ensure a firm set finish. Can be coloured with Concentrated Food Colourings.
Our Modelling Paste takes up to 48hrs to set completely which is perfect as it gives you the opportunity to alter and fine tune your chocolate model as you require before it sets. Just warm with the heat from your hands to make the paste pliable again!
