Our frostings are packed in sturdy re-usable 700g tubs or 5kg buckets. These are American style frostings, slightly denser in texture than our filling cream and are ideal for topping cupcakes, crumb coating and using in place of your usual frosting/buttercream. A 700g tub should create around 20 swirls, depending on size. All natural colours and flavours. Best stored at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
Vanilla Frosting Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Glucose Syrup, Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Rapeseed, Palm), Skimmed Milk Powder, Flavouring, Emulsifier (Polysorbate 60), Preservative (E202), Acidity Regulator (E339)
May contain: Gluten, Nut, Soya.
Store in a cool place away from bright light.
Chocolate Frosting Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Palm), Glucose Syrup, Water, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (3%), Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Rapeseed, Palm), Skimmed Milk Powder, Flavouring,
Emulsifier (Polysorbate 60), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Disodium Phosphate).
May contain: Gluten, Nut, Soya. Suitable for vegetarians.
Store in a cool place away from bright light.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we never 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
