Our Almond marzipan is a smooth, neutral coloured paste with a pleasant but not overpowering almond flavour, selected especially to complement our fruit cake.
Ingredients: Sugar, Almonds (Nuts) (25%), Glucose Syrup, Water, Sorbitol Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Salt, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
May contain: Gluten, Milk, Soya.
Made from a blend of Californian sweet almonds and Mediterranean bitter almonds, with no added colourings.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we never 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
