Create even straight cut outs with ease with this number 1 strip cutter. Perfect for cutting out shoe laces to use on the JEM sneaker and bootee cutters. Simply pop the cutter in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutter with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve neat, clean cut outs.
