Liquid Glucose (or Glucose Syrup) is a thick, clear syrup used in a variety of sweet recipes including desserts, cakes, icing, confectionery and jam making. It controls the formation of sugar crystals which is particularly important when you are making frozen desserts and confectionery.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
