High Quality Cocoa Butter in 100g packs. Ideal for use as an ingredient, and for cocoa butter painting.
Cocoa butter is a natural vegetable fat derived from the cocoa bean. It can be melted in the microwave and coloured using dust colours (eg Sugarflair Blossom Tints)
You can paint with pure cocoa butter. By adding powder colours you can create a variety of shades with which to explore the endless design possibilities of working in an art medium you can actually eat.
Melt a small amount of cocoa butter in a suitable container (a small paint palette is ideal) over a bowl of boiled water from the kettle. Add your chosen coloured powder to the melted mix.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating.
