These concentrated flavourings are great for use in cake mixes, butter creams, icing and other baked goods! Our butterscotch flavouring is an old favourite, essential for traditional caramel tart. NB Shepcote have discontinued their butterscotch flavouring so we now stock the Sugarflair brand alternative.

Please note, orders placed after 1pm may leave us the following day, and we do not despatch orders at weekends on Bank Holidays.
Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
