4 Inch Round x 2.5 Inch Deep. Our rich fruit cake is a perfect teatime treat! Decoration isn't included, but you can add icing and marzipan to your order if you'd like to create a perfect traditional iced fruit cake.
Made with only the highest quality ingredients to ensure your decorated cake should taste as good as it looks. The fruit is soaked in pure fruit puree and sherry for several days, and then baked in a way which seals in the moisture,

Not sure when to order? Our delivery service is fast, but it's wise to allow extra time just in case. Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know. Bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day so please try to allow a few days as a delivery window.
