New and improved recipe! A shimmery glitter icing in an elegant shade of gold for adding a touch of class to cupcakes, cakes and decorations. This new and improved 25g tube from House of Cake is perfect for highlighting small areas or creating freehand shapes for a more personalised look.
Simply squeeze directly from the tube onto decorations. Or for free hand shapes squeeze onto parchment paper and leave to dry for approx 4 hours, then peel from the paper and secure to the cake using edible glue. To speed up the drying time, place in the oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature of approx 70 degrees. Once dry, the Glitter Icing can also be crushed to create solid metallic sprinkles.
