1kg Pack - Karen Davies Marshmallow Flavoured Sugarpaste is great for working with moulds and has a delicate marshmallow flavour. Its pliable, smooth and non sticky texture allows you achieve the best possible results with your moulds.
It is also great for modelling figures and covering cakes! Ideal for beginners because of it’s ‘crack free’ coverage. Very easy to roll out – requires very little kneading. The sugarpaste has excellent keeping qualities once the pack is opened. Simply place in a sealed polythene bag. Can also be frozen. Can easily be coloured by kneading in food colouring. If you need figures to dry harder or quicker simply add Tylo (CMC) Powder to the paste.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), E422 – glycerol, E471 emulsifier, E322 thickener, E466 flavour invertase.
