These Gluten and Dairy Free mixes are available in various pack sizes - 300g and 900g. Just add butter/margarine, eggs and water! Can also be used with dairy free margarine for a dairy free cake and if you substitute the eggs with an egg replacer and the cake mix becomes Vegan!
300g bag sizes should make 12 cupcakes or one small 5" round gluten free cake, 450g should make an 8" round gluten-free cake in 2 layers and the 900g bag sizes should make 36 x cupcakes or a 20cm/8" round gluten-free cake in three layers.
Vanilla Gluten Free Cake Mix Ingredients: Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat); Sugar; Natural Vanilla Flavouring; Stabiliser; Xantham Gum; Raising Agents: Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate. May contain traces of nuts.
