Make professional and edible sugar flowers quickly and easily, using this cutter and mould set from Blossom Sugar Art. The mould produces highly detailed impressions on both sides of the flower, and comes with a stainless steel cutter to make the process even simpler. Mould measures 7cm across.
Instructions:
First, roll out your flower paste or sugarpaste and push down the cutter to produce the basic flower shape. Roll a tiny ball of paste to use as the centre and place this into the centre of the mould. Add the cutout of your flower to the mould also. Using the other side of the mould, fold and firmly press into the sugarpaste. This creates a detailed impression, perfect for creating a bunch of realistic-looking frangipani flowers!

Our cakes have a five week shelf life from baking and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating - they'll usually have at least 3 or 4 weeks shelf life remaining when you receive them. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we never 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
