Our Dark Chocolate Modelling Paste is made with 100% unsweetened Belgian chocolate, giving a delicious rich chocolate experience. It is ideal for covering cakes and modelling flowers and figurines, just add 1/2tsp tylo to 250g of paste to ensure a firm set finish.
As it contains cocoa solids, Chocolate Modelling Paste is naturally very firm and needs to be warmed slightly before use. Just microwave for around 10 seconds per kilogram and knead well as the paste absorbs the heat from your hands it will become soft and pliable just like ordinary sugar paste.
Our Modelling Paste takes up to 48hrs to set completely which is perfect as it gives you the opportunity to alter and fine tune your chocolate model as you require before it sets. Just warm with the heat from your hands to make the paste pliable again!
