Chocolate ganache is a truly versatile product - warm gently and use straight from the tub to cover your cake, the ganache will set firm at room temperature making it perfect to achieve sharp edges on your cakes! Shelf life on receipt should be at least 6 weeks. Store in a fridge.

Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we can't 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
