Click and Collect

Our Click and Collect service makes shopping easy and safe.

Click and Collect online: Shop as usual online, add items to your basket and at the checkout stage select 'click & collect' as your delivery option. You can usually assume your order will be ready to collect within 2 or 3 working hours (Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm only). Give us a call on 0115 8450660 and we can tell you if your order is ready to pick up yet.

Click and Collect over the phone: If you have trouble using our website, just call us on 0115 845 0660. You can pay over the phone and we will present your receipt with your order upon collection.

Click and Collect via email: if you know what you'd like to order then you can email us with a list to info@sweetsuccess.uk.com and we will get your order ready for collection. You can pay via card when you collect from our shop or we can take payment over the phone if that's easier for you! Please include a phone number when you email.

All orders are collected from our shop in Nottingham at: Unit 7, Gauntley Court, Nottingham, NG7 5HD. Click and Collect orders are processed Monday to Friday only, as our 'back office' isn't open to process orders on Saturdays! Edible images are still available as usual, please allow 24hrs for collection on all image orders.
