Our ready to decorate carrot cakes are packed with carrots, raisins and walnuts! Our carrot cake is designed to be soft, moist and delicious to eat and works perfectly as a tiered cake or a stand alone celebration cake. Want to try before you buy? Order Cake Samples here! ● Our Carrot Cake has a 5 week shelf life from baking - store in a cool, dark place
● This cake can be frozen for up to 3 months
● Cakes can be semi frozen prior to decorating to avoid excess cake crumbs
● Square cakes are all sold as 2 layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep, so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake
● Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish

● Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking.
● Order cakes to arrive 1 week before starting decoration to ensure you have them in good time!
● Our cakes are sold without filling but our Filling Cream works perfectly as a filling and to crumb coat your cake

Shelf life is calculated from the day of baking, not the day of delivery. The shelf life given is for the undecorated cake base in the orginal packaging - once decorated, the life will depend on the type of fillings and icings used. Why not keep a spare cake in the freezer ready for those last minute requests!

Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Folic Acid), Sugar, Egg, Carrot (11%), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rape), Raisins, Dextrose, Pineapple, Skimmed Milk Powder, Walnuts, Glycerine, Raising Agents (E450, E500), Cinnamon, Salt, Orange Puree, Lemon Puree, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Soya Lecithin. May contain traces of sulphites.
Store in a cool place ~ Do not refrigerate. Can be frozen to extend life.

Click and Collect from our Nottingham shop - FREE! Orders are usually ready to collect within 1-2 hours, within shop opening times only (Open 9-4 Mon-Fri, 10-4 Saturdays, closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.)
Please note, orders placed after 1pm may leave us the following day, and we do not despatch orders at weekends or Bank Holidays. Our carriers count 'working days' as Monday to Friday only, orders won't usually be delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays. Allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, as these usually take at least an extra day or two to arrive.
Not sure when to order? Ideally, place your order a week before you need to use the goods - even though most 'Express' orders arrive within just 1 or 2 working days, allow extra time if you can! Our cakes have a five week shelf life from baking and won't suffer if they arrive a few days before you plan to start decorating - they'll usually have at least 3 or 4 weeks shelf life remaining when you receive them. If you have a particular day you'd prefer delivery, use the 'comment' box at checkout to let us know, but bear in mind we never 100% guarantee delivery on a specific day
