We were thrilled to be involved in Northern Ireland's FIRST Sugar Exhibition - and proud to be sponsors of the live build of 'Finn McCool and the Giants Causeway' over the course of the weekend.

Tanya, from Novel-T Cakes, and Paul, from Purple Feather Cake Design, created an amazing centrepiece out of our Vanilla Genoese and Filling Cream with visitors getting to eat the cake at the close of the exhibition.

The show looked like a fab event and well done to everyone who organised it!
