We are so pleased to invite back Adele from April Delights who will be showing us how to cover, decorate and dowel a tiered cake!

Adele will be showing you how to slice and fill a cake, how to cover it in buttercream, how to cover it with sugarpaste to achieve modern sharp edges and most importantly how to use dowels to stack your cakes on top of each other.

This demo is perfect for those who are new to cake decorating and want a step by step guide of how to get started with stacked cakes. We expect this demo to be very popular so buy your tickets now before they sell out!
