Rolkem Products withdrawn from sale
The UK Food Standards Agency has released a Food Alert requiring the withdrawal from sale of ALL Rolkem Products from 10 July 2018.
This is because the South African company manufacturing Rolkem has been unable to supply a satisfactory response to FSA questions on ingredients details for the Rolkem range.
The FSA statement says these products are unlikely to be consumed in high enough quantities to cause any risk to health.
HOWEVER as they are unable to confirm the exact ingredients of several Rolkem products, they have taken the sensible decision to advise cake decoration retailers like Sweet Success to immediately withdraw any Rolkem products from sale.
Anyone who has purchased these products is advised not to use them on cakes or other items which will be consumed.
