Pastiche and Pastrima Ingredients All Sweet Success products are made with the best ingredients available, whatever the cost. We aim to keep our products free of all GMO ingredients, and don't use any hydrogenated fats. We use ingredients with a vegetable origin wherever possible, but where we will achieve a better result with an animal product, such as butter and egg in our fruit cake, we will do so. The Pastiche and Pastrima range contains gelatin and is unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans. As we are a small bakery and use nuts (hazelnuts and walnuts specifically) on a daily basis, we can't guarantee any of our products are totally nut free. Other allergens we use include milk, egg, soya, and wheat gluten. As all products are made in the same production area, although we take great care to minimize any risk of cross contamination it important to make customers aware of this, as those with serious allergies may react to even the tiniest particle of an allergen. Original Pastiche Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Gelatine, Gum Karaya, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Preservative (E202). Soft Handling Pastiche Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Gum Tragacanth, Gelatine, Albumen, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Preservative (E202), Citric Acid. Pastrima Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Vegetable Oil, Gelatine, Glycerine, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Gum Tragacanth, Preservative (E202), Citric Acid.
