Gum Tragacanth is one of the strongest gumming agents available, and is ideal for a variety of sugarcraft techniques including the making of flower paste and pastillage.

 

A completely natural product, Gum Tragacanth can absorb up to 60 times its own weight in water, and is stronger than artificial substitutes such as CMC, Tylose, or Tylo powder.
