Chocolate wedding cakes are the height of fashion, and our professional quality Belgian Chocolate is ideal for all kinds of decorative work. It is also the perfect ingredient for making ganache or flavouring buttercream.
Our Belgian chocolate is available in dark (55% cocoa solids), milk (34% cocoa solids), or white (28% cocoa butter), all packed as easy to melt buttons in 500g bags. This is couverture chocolate and will need tempering before use for some projects, for example if making moulded chocolate pieces or coating a cake in pure couverture. If using as an ingredient, for instance in ganache or buttercream, you will not need to temper the chocolate first.
