Retail Customers
We send our products out by direct mail order to retail customers all over the mainland UK. You may also find our products stocked in your local sugarcraft shop - if not, ask and they may be able to order them for you.
It is very easy to place orders with us - You can order our products online, by email, by calling us on 0115 8450660 or by faxing your order to 0115 8450661. We deliver by next day carrier (not guaranteed), so if you are ordering stock items then your goods should normally arrive 2-4 working days later - for more information please see our delivery page.
