ALSO now online is our new Chocolate Ganache - a really versatile product, you can whip ganache to fill and mask sponge cakes and pipe swirls on cupcakes, or warm to pouring consistency to flood cupcakes and coat larger cakes. Can also be used to make centres for chocolate truffles. And it tastes gorgeous warmed and poured over ice cream!

Our products are designed for and used by experienced cake decorators all over the country. If you are a novice cake decorator you'll find useful tips throughout this site, and on the labels of our products. However, as with any craft, many of our products do need a certain degree of knowledge and skill to achieve professional looking results! Practice makes perfect..

Our sugarcraft shop in Nottingham is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. The shop is CLOSED on all Sundays and Bank Holidays. We normally close between Christmas and New Year - ring us before visiting if you're not sure.
